HR Specialist (Part-Time)

Aitomatic is a dynamic and growing organization in need of a HR Specialist to be in charge of HR functions across all geographies for a 6- month contract. We value innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence, and we&039;re looking for a skilled HR professional to help us maintain our operations.

In charge of HR Function for Aitomatic across all geographies:

Promote employee welfare and the implementation of company culture across all offices.
Supervise office administration of the Vietnam office, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
In charge of benefits and payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Handle certain administrative functions, including vendor administration in Vietnam and the US, and provide support to company finance and accounting as needed.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Detail- oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Prefer to have solid experience in recruitment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2- 3 years of experience in HR roles, including benefits administration and office administration.

Monday to Friday
Part- time position, flexible schedule
