HR Specialist (ER)

JOB SUMMARY
Play a role in supporting our employees&039; growth and development, fostering positive employee relations, and driving a culture of engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments, surveys, and discussions with managers.
Partner with other departments to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Organize and participate the activities of company.
Other HR relation tasks.
Source and curate training materials from internal and external sources.
Track and measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with company goals and individual needs.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Plan and organize employee events and activities.
Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
University Degree, Major in Human Resources, or in related fields
Experience
Minimum 2 year HR experience, at least 1 years extensive experience with Learning & Development or/and Employee Relations & Engagement
Skills and Abilities
§ Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
§ Proactive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure
§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
§ Skilled in Computer Operation (MSOffice, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
§ Strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices.
§ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.
§ Self- starter and proactive; should have the ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives;
§ Good Written and Spoken English;
