HR Specialist

Recruitment:
To make monthly recruitment report.
To keep file for interviewed candidates’ CV.
To make interview below Engineer level.
To draft and update Job Description.
To update Organization Chart continuously.
To assist to update staffing plan.
To drive and handle the recruitment process for assigned recruitment projects including discussing staff needs with the managers, developing job descriptions, screening applications, conducting interviews and negotiating contracts.
To search for recruiting channel.
Permanent employee’s contract management: signing, renewal, notarization and updating the contract status monthly.
To coach probation period review.
To coach position change management.
To assist HR Manager in assigned HR projects, including policies/regulations draft and update.

Customer oriented, team spirit and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
To be able to work independently and under pressure.
Familiar with labor law and relevant SIP regulations.
Good command of oral and written English and PC Operation.
At least 5 years solid experience in HR function in multinational company, independent staffing experience is desired.
Self starter, active and energetic personality.
College degree or above, major in HR, Administration Management, or related fields.
Excellent knowledge of recruitment channels and selection techniques.
