HR Officer

• Issue and submit periodic reports to Government Departments.
• In charge of related issues to foreign consultants (work permit card, visa, temporary residence…)
• Handle hotel booking, arrange dormitory and company car based on expert’s requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing new employee documentation.
• Track and monitor the health check process for workers/staff/foreign consultants.
• Track and prepare related documents to maintenance equipment/ elevator… to make sure the factory operation is smooth.

- > Fluency in English communication and reading/writing (emails, records, and documentation) is essential.
Candidate Requirements
- Language
Knowledge of Chinese is valued, but not compulsory.
Must be fluent in English and comfortable with English communication. Listening skills, and writing/reading skills are essential.
- Work Experience
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Candidates from other fields are also welcome to apply.
+Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Officer or similar position
+Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
+Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary and Welfare
