Compensation & Benefits
Review and update Salary Structure annually or as required by the management to ensure
compliance to Vietnam law and Company policy
Regularly review and update Job Evaluation following organization changes
Set up, propose, monitor Employees’ Compensation & Benefits policies to align with labor
law and other affiliates in the region or shareholding company for enhancement of
employees’ engagement
Monitor PIT, Social Insurance / Health Insurance / Unemployment Insurance of the
Company
Provide updated information from departments or market timing, and work closely with the
Talent Acquisition
C&B to propose compensation & benefits packages to attract and retain people.
Provide inputs on department org chart structures, workforce planning, and budget
headcount; consult & support internal recruitment (promotion, rotation, etc) to promote career from within
Manage & fulfill workforce requirements according to actual and future needs
Deliver regular reports (headcount, hiring, attrition, budget) in a timely manner
Plan and implement recruitment and training plan, ensure the quantity and quality of human resourses
Deliver, supervise and ensure high quality of employee life cycle management (recruitment, onboarding, retention, exit interview)
Employee and Labour Relations
Take care of Communication system to make sure the right and proper information received by
concerned parties and facilitate two- way feedback between the company and employees
Handle Employee Disciplines issues and propose interventions if necessary
Implement Employee Survey or Pulse Survey as a tool to measure engagement level of employees and propose appropriate interventions for improvement.
Make sure compliance with law in term of labour relation issues
Review, update the Company’s Internal Labor Rules following changes of the law and Company policies
Others
Supervise employee relations activities (reward, discipline, grievance solving) to comply with legal and company regulations
Ensure the quality of deliverable subjects
Analyze attrition reasons regularly, share findings with department managers & HR colleagues, propose corrective actions & follow up
Propose & support in delivering employee engagement activities
Involved in other HR projects or related duties as required.
