HR Manager (Fdi Company)

Participate in evaluating departments in terms of compliance with internal rules and the company’s HR management policies.
Provide direction and improve the management system, including administrative documents such as internal regulations, policies, forms, etc., to ensure consistency and standardization.
Develop compensation and bonus policies, as well as employee motivation measures. Plan the company’s annual salary budget.
Coordinate with department heads to develop and finalize job objectives aligned with each position.
Advise the Board of Directors on the organizational structure and operations of the company, including recruitment and training, salary plans, social insurance, employee rewards, and welfare policies.
Organize and supervise employee compliance with administrative procedures and company regulations.
Develop and plan human resource strategies to ensure effective management functions, evaluate workforce performance, and create a professional and efficient working environment.
Implement, monitor, and assess recruitment and training activities.
Build and implement corporate culture development policies; organize training and development programs aligned with new organizational requirements.
Manage human resources operations; oversee staff training and recruitment processes.

• Preference given to candidates with experience in manufacturing environments (e.g., garment industry) or foreign- invested companies (FDI).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Graduated with a university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Labor Economics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation policies, performance evaluation, training & development, and corporate culture initiatives.
• Capable of planning and building long- term human resource development strategies.
• In- depth knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax, and company regulations and policies.
