EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Master’s preferred.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Mandarin Chinese speaking skills are mandatory; written Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus.
• Nine years of relevant experience.
• Human Resources Management Certificate and/or PHR or SPHR
desired.
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding common
scientific and/or technical journals, financial reports, and legal
documents.

• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software
