HR Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:
Policy Development and Implementation:
• Continuously seek improvements to existing policies or propose adjustment if any
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection and report to GD
Compensation and Benefits:
• Analyze market trends to ensure competitive offerings
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans for the company, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
• Review and prepare departmental budgets related to compensation
Employee Relations and Development:
• Discuss career development paths with managers
• Address employees’ requests and grievances promptly
• Foster healthy employee relations
Metrics and Reporting:
• Provide data- driven insights to inform decision- making.
• Review and analyze departmental budgets
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, cost- per- hire).

Education / Knowledge
- University Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or Law
Experience
- At least 03 years experiences to work as HR Manager or similar role

TIME & WORKING BENEFIT

- Other benefits are specified in company policy.

- Working hours from 8h30 to 17h30 from Monday to Friday, 9h to 14h Saturday. Can work overtime depending on the mission arise

- Allow 12 AL days yearly from the date of Labor Agreement.
