RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Headhunting (Main Responsibilities)
- Update candidate interview results and statuses on the tracking system.
- Source potential candidates from various channels and talent pools.
- Post job openings on platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other job boards.
- Support in building and maintaining a candidate database.
- Send interview invitations and reminders to candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls, filter CVs, schedule interviews, and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Write job descriptions and recruitment content for urgent hiring positions of the Company and Clients.
Sales & Business Support
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and outreach to connect with companies in need of recruitment services.
- Send out company profiles, pricing, and contract templates as needed.
- Support in negotiating and closing deals with small and medium- sized businesses (SMEs).
- Research the market and identify potential businesses that are hiring.
- Build and update a lead list segmented by industry.
Marketing & Recruitment Communication
- Support content creation for the HRTivi/Gata Global fanpage and TikTok channel.
- Optimize visuals, captions, and hashtags to attract both candidates and business clients.
- Write articles on headhunting, HR trends, and career tips to share on social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
Admin & Operations
- Collect and summarize feedback to improve internal processes.
- Track weekly performance check- ins and progress of team members.
- Participate in organizing internal events, workshops, and offline gatherings for HRTivi & Gata Global.
- Assist the operations team in managing and coordinating with part- time collaborators.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills in English.
- Passionate about building a career in HR/Headhunting/Recruitment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
- 3rd/4th- year university students or recent graduates (preferably in HR, Business, Communications, or Marketing).
- Comfortable using a personal laptop and familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

WORKING HOURS
Days: Monday to Friday, Remotely
Time:
- Optional: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Team English learning session via Promova)
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Interns must commit to at least 8 working shifts/week (morning or afternoon).
- Full- time availability is preferred.
