Job Description:
HR (30%):
· Manage Social Insurance, Health Insurance for employees.
· Recruitment: post job, screen CVs, collect application, prepare and conduct initial interview.
· Manage employee profile, personal data and related issues; update new employee information, labor contract,leave management,….
Admin (30%):
· Arrange warranty/ repair of office’sequipment periodically.
· Take care of HR mailbox/ MAC’s page/ hotline…
· Manage office’s suppliers and maintain relationship with them.
· Logistic support: arrange travel, hotel bookings, rental vehicles...
· Manage office’s assets, stationery, and other necessities.
Internal Event (40%):
· Develop a positive and open work environment; uplift the team’s spirit and make some happy things here.
· Plan and organize our agency’s internal events: Monthly birthdays, Company trips, Team building, Year End Party,….

Requirement:
· Have sense of responsibility; eager to learn;professional, mature, confident personality.
· Good interpersonal- communication skills.
· Agility and quick to adapt to an energetic environment.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as an administration officer (Experience at agency environment is an advantage)
· Have positive attitude and an active and initiative mindset.
