HR Executive – Talent Acquisition | L&D | Engagement

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
• Use multiple hiring channels: job boards, social media, referrals, events
• Lead end- to- end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding
• Maintain & update the recruitment reports
• Organize job fairs, campus hiring & employer branding activities
• Work with hiring managers on manpower needs & JD development
• Conduct interviews & provide hiring recommendations
Learning & Development:
• Update HR policies, guidelines, org charts & improve HR platforms
• Identify training needs & coordinate training programs
• Organize workshops, leadership development & skill- enhancement sessions
• Measure training effectiveness & support career path development
People Engagement:
• Support onboarding: office tour, orientation, check- ins at week 1, month 1 & month 2
• Plan and execute engagement programs & internal events
• Lead employer branding & CSR initiatives
• Conduct surveys, analyse insights & recommend improvements
• Manage internal communications: announcements, newsletters
Requirements
• Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, and strategic in problem- solving.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, specializing in recruitment, engagement & L&D.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva & AI tools.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build strong cross- level relationships.
