Recruitment (70%):
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
Reception & Administration (30%):
Our business activities are focused entirely in the US, so there will be no customers in Vietnam, you will mainly welcome candidates / senior managers of the company and perform the following tasks:
Coordinate to organize company seminars, birthday events, internal parties, outdoor activities, etc.
Work with the HR team to maintain and ensure HR tasks run smoothly.
Track stocks of office supplies / equipment and place orders (water, snacks, etc) when necessary.
Coordinate with the HR/Office team to prepare the Onboard/Offboard procedure and requirements.
Inform security in/out guests.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Register/update/cancel company access cards/parking cards when required and have proper records for tracking and managing.
Translate documents as required.
Manage meeting agendas for the managers.
Support the HR team in posting the jobs, collecting the profiles, and filling out all the forms from the candidates and / or new employees.
Keep the working area clean and tidy.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Welcome and greet clients / guests / candidates.
Handle telephone switchboard. Take and relay messages.
Receiving and sending courier packages.
Arrange water for the office zone.
