Job Summary
The HR and Operation Executive will play a vital role in supporting both human resources and office operations. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, administrative coordination, and operational support which contributing to a positive, professional, and high- performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR – Talent Acquisition
Organize and conduct employee orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Source and attract candidates through various platforms and recruitment methods
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from offer issuance to onboarding
Collaborate with departmental heads to define hiring needs and prepare job descriptions
Screen resumes, shortlist qualified applicants, and coordinate interviews
HR – Employee Relations
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
Promote employee engagement through open communication and internal initiatives
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide daily administrative support to senior management and team members
Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless office operations
Manage and track budgets for internal events and activities for the Vietnam office
Employment Branding
Collaborate with the regional marketing team to plan and implement employer branding strategies
Support initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent in alignment with company values and culture
Assist in creating content for Business Edge Vietnam and the overall Business Edge brand across social media platforms
Payroll & Compensation and Benefits (C&B)
Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance and leave records
Support the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, incentives, and welfare programs
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and payroll regulations
Note: Experience in payroll and C&B will be considered a strong advantage
