- FLUENCY in all listed skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, composing documents, email communication, presentations.
- Experience in training needs assessment, developing training programs, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and methods, including interviewing, competency assessments, and utilization of online recruitment methods.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to identify needs for training and human capital development.
- Skills in recruitment, competency assessment and HR management.
- Preference to candidates with a second degree in technical fields or advanced certificates in human resource management.
- Good insight about understanding HR needs and recruitment trends. Ability to develop long- term HR strategies aligned with company goals.
