Recruitment
- Perform the recruitment according to the Recruitment Procedures:
• Welcoming, collecting and completing documentation procedures, implementing orientation training, organizing safety training for new employees.
• Review resumes/check profiles, shortlist qualified candidates, and send those CVs to the concerned Department Head.
• Receive manpower request form (PR), submission for approval.
• Make recruitment notices, announce/publish jobs on the employment websites, ... to attract resumes/applications.
• Call/send test or interview invitation letter to the shortlisted candidates, test preparation- test room, conduct interview (prepare interview room, repeat schedule), list results interviewing, informing unsatisfactory candidates, making an employment offer to send qualified candidates, informing concerned departments about the successful candidate&039;s joining date.
- Manage the resume of unsatisfactory candidates: make a list of unsatisfactory candidates, the records of each recruitment session for each position are saved in order in the list.
- Make sure to collect enough new employee profiles and keep them in store in accordance with the Company&039;s regulations.
- Update the HR management system fully, accurately and promptly all new employees who joined the company from the 25th of the previous month to the 24th of the current month so they can receive their salary on the last working day of the month.
Training
- Managing the company&039;s training: planning, training programs, contacting training institutions, completing procedures for employees to go to training, saving training diplomas and certificates of employees, evaluating training results create, save training records.
Performance Appraisal
- Organize the periodic assessment for employees on time as prescribed, record and report the results of the evaluation fully, accurately and scientifically.
Labor Contracts
- Monitoring the probationary period and labor contract to perform timely evaluation procedures, ensuring advance notice according to the labor law in cases where employees do not pass probation or the Company does not have the need to re- sign Labor contract, ensuring 100% labor contract is issued on time and kept full records.
Monthly reports
- Prepare monthly personnel reports and send periodic reports to state agencies according to regulations, ensure accurate data and submit reports on time.
Other tasks
- Perform other jobs assigned by HR & Admin Supervisor
