ROLE OVERVIEW
Position: HR & Admin Intern
Department: Human Resources
Working Hours: Mon- Fri (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, lunch break: 12:00 PM- 1:00 PM)
We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our Human Resources team at The ODM Group. In this role, you will support HR operations including recruitment postings, candidate record management, onboarding, and general administrative coordination.
This internship offers a hands- on opportunity to gain practical experience in HR and office administration within a supportive, international working environment that values learning and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and monitor the delivery of pantry items, office supplies, and refreshments to ensure adequate stock levels.
Ensure the office is well- organized, clean, and equipped with all necessary supplies for daily operations.
Coordinate logistics for business travel, including hotel reservations, transportation, and related arrangements.
Perform other business and administrative duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Support the HR team in organizing employee onboarding, engagement activities, and internal communications.
Post job advertisements on job boards and social media, and maintain candidate files and records.
Support administrative tasks such as mail handling, document scanning, courier management, and vendor coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS
Available to commit to a full- time internship for a duration of 3–4 months.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Third- or final- year student, or recent graduate with less than one year of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Eager to learn, proactive, and motivated to contribute to HR operations and people- focused initiatives.
