- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of customer service standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the tourism industry, and brand training.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- College or university degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Hotel Management, or related fields.
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in a similar position in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training in both English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
