[HQ HCM] System Integration Officer

The primary objective of this role is to support the IT Application & System Integration Specialist in managing, maintaining, and developing software systems. This includes assisting with user support, training, and system integration tasks.
System Support:

Assist in administering assigned software systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
Support monitoring system performance and troubleshooting any issues.
Help perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.

User Support and Training:

Assist in providing guidance and training to users.
Offer ongoing user support and address usage issues promptly.
Help develop and execute training plans for new software applications.

Project assistance: (Mobile App, POP, CRM, One App)
Solution implementation: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in business processes through technology.

Support the management of software development projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required standards.

Documentation:

Help organize and manage all relevant documentation including system design, user manuals, and training materials.
Ensure all documentation is up- to- date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in software development and system integration.
Basic knowledge of project management and documentation.
Good problem- solving and analytical skills.
Fresher is welcomed
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
