Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure all cleaning procedures, checklists, and brand standards are followed consistently.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members to enhance performance.
• Maintain accurate records, daily reports, and communication with Front Office and other departments.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up until completed.
• Handle guest requests professionally, ensuring timely follow- up and resolution.
• Coordinate room assignments, special requests, VIP rooms, and turnaround priorities.
• Supervise Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants during daily operations.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
• Support the Executive Housekeeper with inventory control of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in a 4–5 stars hotel environment, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Diploma/degree in Hospitality or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of PMS/Opera is an advantage.
• Professional, service- oriented attitude aligned with hotel standards.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
