Key Responsibilities
Receive, record and coordinate guest requests accurately and promptly, ensuring timely follow- up with the relevant team members.
Ensure effective communication of all housekeeping information within the department to maintain operational standards and deliver high levels of guest satisfaction.
Maintain administrative records and ensure housekeeping data is updated accurately and in a timely manner.
Demonstrate flexibility and multi- skilling by supporting the team as a Room Attendant and assisting in other Housekeeping areas when operationally required
Update and maintain room status in the system on a daily basis and investigate any discrepancies between the system and actual room conditions.
Handle and report guest complaints or service issues immediately to the Housekeeping Manager or designated supervisor for appropriate action.

At least 1 year of experience in Housekeeping or a similar role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel operating systems.
Diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
