Hotel Sourcing Manager

Negotiate new contracts and re- negotiate existing agreements at the best commercial terms possible.
Lead relations with top local and selected regional partners.
Coordinate with management on strategic planning and objectives.
Monitoring the performance of each supplier to ensure competitiveness and availability.
Assisting in resolving major complaints of our suppliers negotiating the most suitable solution to maintain the good service and relationship with them.
Establish strong interdepartmental relationship with Sales and Finance.
Assist with the delivery on KPIs and strategic targets.
Apply best practice approach for negotiating and contracting.
Negotiate and secure special deals and offers aligning with regular Marketing activities.
Evaluate market trends and competitor activity and provide analysis and recommendations to management.

Targets

Build a portfolio of 80- 100 Hotels with allotment for our B2B online portal.
Select 20% of those hotels to be high and very high priority and build sustainable relationships with those hotels.
For priority properties, be in touch 1- 2 per week, with a sales call 1 per 1.5 month
Ensure price parity to big OTA’s for priority hotels.
Ensure best available rate for high priority hotels.
For high priority properties, be in touch 2- 3 times per week, Sales call at least 1.5 per month

Able to travel locally and work flexible hours.
Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries, key competitors, industry issues and related technology.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in travel industry.
Strong negotiation skills written, spoken and face to face.
Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships with individuals and partners using an open and consultative approach.
Solid experience in negotiating agreements and conditions with suppliers.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written).
Numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in yielding, contracting, distribution and sales reports.
Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in a fast- paced environment.
