Know how to make optimal use of the restaurant’s table layout and manage table turnovers in order to optimize the overall revenue.
Actively communicate with other departments in order to update guest preferences, reservations and other important information, by using all tools the resort has to offer.
You are responsible for managing the reservation channels and ensures that bookings are confirmed according to the standards, resulting in a positive first impression.
Create unforgettable welcome experiences and thoughtful farewells for our guests, by tailoring guest interactions according to individual guests’ needs.
You possess the knowledge and are empowered to solve problems on the spot, but you also know when to ask for assistance from colleagues. Always follow up on guest issues and report occurred concerns to the management.
You have the knowledge to operate the Point of Sale system and assist the team in handling payments and recording orders through the POS.
You have the ability to use suggestive selling as a way to complement services inside the resort, resulting in higher average spending and increased revenue.
Take charge of managing the guest profiles in the restaurant management system and update important guest information, such as: dining preferences, dietary restrictions and preferred seating.
Communicate with colleagues and be pro- active in supporting them in the Ocean Club, but also in other food and beverage outlets if requested by the management.
You always acknowledge guests and remember important information as guest names, preferred seating and favourite aperitifs. Look for chances to positively surprise guests at the right moments, through small or large gestures and acts of kindness.
You know the Forbes Travel Guide Standards that are applicable for restaurants & bars and you ensure that you implement them within the service processes.

Possess customer service- oriented mindset
Good English
Can work in rotated shifts
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Skills or related field
Always maintain proper grooming as hotel&039;s policy
