- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Provide basic information about the restaurant&039;s menu and specials
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently, considering table availability and guest preferences
- Manage the waiting list, ensuring accurate wait times and seating arrangements
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front- of- house area

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar role (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations (preferred)
- Fluency in English (essential), and Korean is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and time- management skills
