JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall campaign timeline to ensure the integration plan is finished as committed to expected output quality;
Weekly and Monthly report to the Manager;
Mainly responsible for Account Management (AM) Group KPI in revenue & maintain relationships with key accounts and customer visits according to set tiers of corporate customers to generate sales volumes & revenues through upselling, retention, and reactivation activities;
Working closely and coordinating with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing issues, customer complaints, and other inquiries;Roll out periodic surveys on existing corporate customer cohorts from time to time to identify market insights;
Special/ad- hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
Good sense with product flow & merchant solutions; high skill in campaign management;
Bachelor/ College&039;s degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;
Min 1 years solid experience in working experience in sales, account management, & customer support;
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
