Digital Marketing Assistant (Social Media)

JOB DESCRIPTION

General operation and analysis of social media
- Status analysis by social media channel (content, customer, sponsored advertisement results)
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube channel content management, sponsored advertisement execution, customer feedback management, etc.
- Communication with social media agencies, scheduling, Content planning
Digital advertising planning and operation
Google Display Network (GDN), Grab, Zalo banner advertising planning, banner design, targeting, result analysis, etc.
English interpretation service for business operation and counterpart meeting.
Market research, and competitor information on the Vietnamese market related to digital marketing
Other assigned tasks

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration
- Good experience in marketing performance
- Good- writing skills in English
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position
- Experience in Shopping Mall/Retail is an advantage
- Strong in building and developing content on Facebook and Instagram platforms

- Determining sales potential and making recommendations

- Presenting daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Senior Management
- Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance
- Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
- Referring to internal and external sources for report preparation
- Create sales evaluation reports based on collected data
- Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data
- Reviewing the company’s past and current sales performance
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data
- Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in sales analysis
- Ability to work independently and with cross- functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Sales Analyst
- Projection and forecasting skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
- Knowledge of retail or shopping mall business is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation skills and detail- oriented
- Strong research and data analysis skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Management
- Develop ideas to enhance customer’s satisfaction
- Resolve all customer queries and complaints
- Research & making strategy to enhance the service quality for normal customers and VIP customers
- Give proposal on the solution to prevent arising issues or complaints
Service Training
- Update training materials, create new training courses
- Take part in all training courses about Service Mind for brand staff, Lotte staff and outsourcing staff
Front Office Supervision
- Support events, promotion as being required
- Take care of customer contact points: VIP Lounge, Service Lounge, Information Desk, POP, customer’s facilities
- Managing and training Front Office staff
- Daily checking duties: Staff appearance, store&039;s hygiene, displayed products and other related service duty on- site

REQUIREMENTS

- Be careful & accurate, have good team- work and communication skills
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor degree, any majors, good looking appearance
- Can work under high pressure and self- motivation
- Working time: 5 days/weeks from 08:30- 17:30, mostly from Mon- Fri and about 1- 2 weekend shifts monthly. Be able to work in evening shifts, weekends and holidays at some peak times if the job requires.
- At least 2 year- experience in the relevant position; Having experiences in 5- stars Hotel, Shopping Mall, Airways is an advantages
