JOB DESCRIPTION
The Viettel Future Changemakers program lasts 09 months, from May 2026 to January 2027, divided into 02 phases:
- Phase 1 (3 months): Bootcamp + Job Rotation Training
Concentrated training camp with Viettel experts:
Knowledge of Management Skills in Business, Human Resources, Legal
Knowledge of Marketing & Business in Logistics
Knowledge of Operations in Logistics
Overview of Operations Management in Logistics
- Phase 2 (6 months): Hands- on experience at key projects of Viettel Post:
Developing new ideas for Viettel&039;s key products, propose to The Board of Directors and participating in "The Changemakers" competition with opportunity to receive 30- million reward.
Participating in projects in various departments to understand aspects of (1) Business Administration and (2) Operations in Logistics.
Having highly specialized mentor in the field and management coach with excellent leadership skills to consult.
- Networking activities: Many activities held to connect talents and managers at Viettel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Location: Hanoi (For candidates outside Hanoi area, round- trip airfare will be sponsored).
- English with a minimum score of 550 TOEIC or equivalent.
- Candidates in their final year of university or graduated with cumulative scores equivalent to "Very good" degree in the fields of Logistics, E- commerce, Supply Chain, Foreign Economics, Import- Export, International Trade, Transport Exploitation, Customs and similar fields; or won national/international awards in related fields; or have excellent achievements when participating in major projects in related fields.

Round 1: IQ, Toeic English
Round 3: Assessment day in Hanoi
Round 2: Online test
Round 4: Panel interview
