Kể từ năm 2007, ENV tập trung hoạt động vào BA lĩnh vực trọng tâm mang tính chiến lược nhằm chấm dứt hoạt động buôn bán ĐVHD trái phép tại Việt Nam • Phối hợp với các nhà hoạch định chính sách nhằm tăng cường thể chế, khắc phục lỗ hổng pháp luật và khuyến khích thực thi hiệu quả các chính sách, pháp luật về bảo vệ ĐVHD;• Tăng cường hiệu quả thực thi pháp luật thông qua việc trực tiếp hỗ trợ các cơ quan chức năng trong công tác ngăn chặn và đẩy lùi các vi phạm về ĐVHD;• Giảm thiểu nhu cầu tiêu thụ các sản phẩm từ ĐVHD thông qua các chiến dịch dài hạn, bền vững nhằm thay đổi nhận thức và hành vi của cộng đồng. Đồng thời, khuyến khích cộng đồng tích cực tham gia bảo vệ ĐVHD bằng cách thông báo các dấu hiệu vi phạm đến cơ quan chức năng địa phương hoặc đường dây nóng miễn phí về bảo vệ ĐVHD 1800- 1522.
Trung tâm Giáo dục Thiên nhiên (ENV) được thành lập vào năm 2000, là một trong những tổ chức xã hội đầu tiên về bảo tồn động vật hoang dã (ĐVHD) tại Việt Nam. ENV đi đầu trong nỗ lực chấm dứt nạn buôn bán ĐVHD trái phép ở Việt Nam bằng cách áp dụng các chiến lược sáng tạo nhằm hoàn thiện các quy định pháp luật về bảo vệ ĐVHD, thúc đẩy công tác thực thi, trực tiếp hỗ trợ các cơ quan chức năng trong công tác xử lý vi phạm và huy động sự tham gia của cộng đồng nhằm giảm thiểu nhu cầu và ngăn chặn vi phạm về ĐVHD. JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Wildlife Protection Officer in the Wildlife Crime Unit (WCU), you will receive reports from the public of wildlife violations occurring in restaurants, markets, residences, and online. Your role will involve addressing these violations through close collaboration with members of the public and law enforcement authorities.
Main Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and management of all cases under the WCU
• Receive and process reported wildlife crime cases
• Handle routine administrative tasks within the WCU
• Complete other duties and assignments as specified by the Manager.
• Conduct daily and weekly case reviews to ensure progress and resolution
• Conduct field surveys independently and produce detailed quality reports
• Communicate effectively with the team leader and manager
• Manage ENV’s supplemental document system
REQUIREMENTS
Strong language skills combined with key personal qualities, including:
• Logical thinking and sound judgment in decision- making
• Patience and perseverance.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in English writing, speaking, and translation

Position Description
The Accountant is responsible for working with Finance Manager & ENV Management Board in all accounting aspects as described below.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all transactions and financial accounting system comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Processing receipts, payroll; collecting and reviewing staff timesheet. Overseeing and keeping appropriate documentation on payroll, bank transfer, national insurance contributions, VAT reimbursement and receipts.
• Collecting and reviewing data for donor reports, keeping track of donor fund and report information.
• Process & prepare financial statements, tax finalization report, and ensure that all the reports are audited in accordance with the legal regulations and in a timely manner.
• Check, follow, keep track & update data to the accounting software.
• Provide direct recommendations to the Finance Manager, Technical Advisor and ENV Management Board on improvements that can be made in relation to the financial operations of ENV.
• Processing cash & bank payment transfer requests as required.
• Directly contact & liaise with authorities; assist with external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
• Handle tax declarations monthly/quarterly/annually as required.
• Collecting, reviewing & checking receipts & supporting documents in compliance with the law, internal policies & donor requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
• Flexibility and open- mindedness.
• Excellent knowledge of at least 01 accounting software & MS Excel
• Degree in accounting or finance, having experience with international project will be an advantages
• Detail- oriented.
• Candidate who has experience in working in NGO/administrative agencies is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Vietnam accounting system
• Good English skills.
• The ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Good communication skills.

Legal Executive Full- time

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Legal Executive is responsible for the development and execution of ENV’s legislative and policy advocacy program.
Main Responsibilities
• Design and implement multi- faceted initiatives to strengthen policies and enforcement related to wildlife protection.
• Collaborate with the Communications and Public Awareness (CPA) team to align outputs with ENV’s policy and legislative objectives.
• Supervise and provide guidance to team members, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in their roles.
• Advocate for compliance with wildlife protection laws among key stakeholder groups.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for law enforcement agencies on wildlife protection laws and enforcement mechanisms.
• Perform other duties as required by the Management Board.
• Provide ongoing legal support to law enforcement authorities regarding wildlife protection regulations.
• Produce educational materials and reports in both English and Vietnamese.
• Represent ENV in meetings and discussions with legislators, decision- makers, and other government agencies.
REQUIREMENTS
A Vietnamese with strong language skills combined with key personal qualities, including:
• Strong communication skills, with confidence and assertiveness needed to engage effectively with policy makers, law enforcement officials
• Open- minded and ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to ENV’s fast- paced, non- traditional working environment
• Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative
• Law background, female preferred
• Experience working with law enforcement, the legal system, or in a related government or NGO role
• Critical thinking and problem- solving skills
• Excellent Vietnamese and English language written and verbal communication skills
