JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process payment for dealers on time for promotion,extra incentives and Monthly/Quarterly bonus.
• Update monthly reports and follow- up files.
• Process Sale order on SAP for dealers.
• Support in internal sales process (if any)
• Preparing communication, Sales promotion, Bonustarget to dealer (checking with Accounting, Tax, Legal)
• Other tasks assigned manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• Final year student or just graduated
• Commit to work 6 months
• Good communication skill, teamwork, resilience
• Proficient in English speaking and writingcommunications
• Good in Excel, Outlook
• Location: Hanoi
• Strong focus on results
