JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Piaggio Hanoi Office-
Floor12, BIDV Tower, 194 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi
Working Time: Monday- Friday (8:30 am- 5:45 pm)
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Transportation:
Manage bus/car for employee daily go to work
Arrange bus/car for business trip
Manage taxi card/ grab account
Problem solving for all car/bus service
- Stationary:
Provide stationary kit for new comer
Assessment requirment list, order, distritbution to ensure under budget of each section
- Corier Service:
Receive/ distribute letter
Apply corier over sea as requirement
- Telephone:
Control telephone expenses, high light user over budget
Buy or distribute phone as Manager request
Telephone operation of the office
- Hotel & Air Ticket:
Ensure hotel & air ticket follow budget of each level
Checking the booking list and make payment
Book hotel, air ticket for bussiness trip
- Other task:
Support organize Company&039;s events
Support documents for vissa, work permit,…
Decoration for each special occasion
Being a receptionist to welcome, guide and support Guest/Visitor
Make payment for all expenses owner
Tea/coffee delivery & clear up after Guest/Visitor leaving
Assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Final Year or Fresh Graduate in Foreign Language, Tourism, Economics, Law, Administration, etc.
Customer oriented, good interpersonal & problem- solving skills
Good communication in English & Vietnamese
Able to work full time Monday- Friday (8:30 am- 5:45 pm) for 06 months
