This role is for someone who loves the 0→1 game, gets excited about high- tech, and wants a real .
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Collaborator to join OneNexus – our AI & Data Center on a mission to build data/AI capabilities across the ecosystem.

Core mission:
Build OneNexus’s founding team by owning end- to- end hiring for key roles (AI/Data, Engineering, Product, Platform, Business)
What you’ll do:
Run full- cycle recruiting: intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboardingDo real proactive sourcing/hunting (LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals) — not just waiting for inboundPartner with Hiring Managers to shape JD, and hiring plan (you’ll learn how to hire “right”, not just “fast”)Manage pipeline like a mini business: speed, quality, conversion rates, candidate experienceSupport onboarding & early success: help new hires settle in, connect with the right stakeholders, and ramp fasterGather insights/feedback from new hires & managers to improve team experience as we scale
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal background:
~1 year experience in Talent Acquisition (in- house or agency)Curious about tech / AI / data and motivated to learn the roles deeplyStrong follow- up, communication, and stakeholder coordinationEnglish working proficiency is a plus
