JOB DESCRIPTION
Sourcing & Procurement:
Support import of machinery/spare parts and achieve cost- saving targets.
Conduct local/overseas sourcing, collect competitive quotes, and negotiate terms.
Supplier Management
Perform supplier audits when required.
Maintain supplier communication and resolve issues.
PO & Contract Administration
Prepare contracts for managerial approval.
Issue accurate POs in SAP and manage procurement documentation.
Payment & Documentation: Submit accurate payment documents on time and keep records properly filed.
Logistics & Delivery Control: Monitor delivery schedules and address delivery issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Good command of English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Solid analytical, problem- solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Final- year student or fresh graduate (less than 1 year experience) in International Economics, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, International Trade, or related fields.
