JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Objective:
- Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of IT equipment and systems
- Assist the IT team in maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of new IT projects
- Perform other tasks as required by the IT Manager
- Update and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Troubleshoot technical issues for end- users related to computers, networks, and peripheral devices
- Participate in the management and monitoring of network and server systems
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with new technology.
- Final year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics & Telecommunications or related fields.
- Good communication skills and the ability to support end- users.
- Good English, problem- solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Receiving, checking and booking the documents of sales staff claims and vendor’s invoices.
Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that in complies with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements.
Making bank payment; Bank statement posting.
Control accrual expense for month- end closing.
Ensure that all the payments get paid after having cross- checked PR, PO, delivery note, invoice & all DN- outstanding within payment terms. Invoices booking into right account/cost center.
Checking all payment request ( staff claim & local vendor payment ) on e- claim system.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
Working & communication in both Vietnamese and English
Have good teamwork and presentation skill
Strong analytical skills
Graduated from Universities with major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related background.
