About The Role
We are seeking motivated and detail- oriented interns to join our
Commercial Real Estate
team. Interns will be assigned to support either the
Leasing Advisory
function or the
Research & Consulting Services
team, depending on business needs. This internship offers valuable industry exposure and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Advisory
Maintain and update property databases and client records.
Support property tours, client meetings, and leasing- related activities.
Undertake administrative tasks and other ad- hoc projects.
Conduct market research and manage data collection through online sources, phone interviews, site inspections, and proprietary databases.
Review property listings, trade journals, and industry reports to track market activity and trends.
Participate in site visits and update project information.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations.
Research & Consulting Services
Maintain and update CRM systems and research databases.
Contribute to quarterly market research reports or bespoke client deliverables.
Provide translation support for standard documents where required.
Prepare proposals, capability statements, and track records for client submissions.
Participate in site visits, take photos, and update project information.
Undertake administrative tasks and other ad- hoc research projects.
Conduct market research and manage data collection through online sources, interviews, inspections, and databases.
Support internal research requests by providing accurate and timely data.
About You
Strong analytical, research, and problem- solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Able to provide a university confirmation letter for an internship
