JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview:
This role will support the Accounts Payable process and ensure the accuracy and compliance of payment documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a well- organized filing system for both electronic and physical payment documents.
Receive and verify the accuracy and validity of invoices and payment documents submitted by various departments.
Provide timely and accurate updates on the status of payment documents to relevant departments.
Identify discrepancies or missing information in documentation and promptly notify the Operations team.
Serve as the primary liaison for payment documentation, coordinating with the Operations team and Accounts Payable Accountant.
Cross- check details across invoices, contracts, and payment documents to ensure consistency and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Good English communication skills.
Available for full- time work for 3–6 months.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Attraction
Develop long- term relationships with high- potential candidates.
Interview, assess, and match candidates to appropriate job opportunities
Provide career consultation, pre- interview preparation, and post- placement follow- up
Identify core candidates and implement suitable attraction strategies
Customer Service
Manage candidates, prepare profiles, negotiate offers, and conduct reference checks
Utilize assessment tools and apply retention strategies for key candidates.
Share market insights and recruitment trends with clients
Ensure high- quality recruitment service delivery to both clients and candidates
Administration
Ensure timely billing and debt collection
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of candidates and clients
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Business Development
Identify and develop new clients; maintain existing client relationships
Build strong client relationships and understand their recruitment needs
Negotiate, sign contracts, and receive job orders.

Intermediate level in English in writing and negotiation skill.
