JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with scanning, photocopying, printing documents, and supporting team- related activities.
Backup the receptionist as required by the client (if applicable)
Store, update, and maintain employee data/documents
Draft and translate documents and emails as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Able to commit to a full- time internship for 3- 6 months.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Intermediate level of English.
Final- year students or recent graduates, preferably in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and careful in work.

Monthly Allowance: 3,000,000 VND/month.
Parking fee covered by the company.
Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
