JOB DESCRIPTION
As member of HR team, your main responsibilities will be:
· Act as an interpreter in meetings when needed.
· Adapt prescribed lesson plans when necessary based on the learners’ needs.
· Design & contribute the lessons plan, curriculum & materials adapt with learner levels.
· Support other HR activities and projects when necessary
· Complete periodic professional development tasks during your term of employment.
· Undertake essential administrative tasks, such as keeping up- to- date records of work, classroom registers, lesson plans, assessments, etc. as directed by HR leader.
· Deliver dynamic and communicative lessons that are effective and engaging to the learners (class/ group/ 1:1).
· Share academic materials and resources as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
· IELTS from 7.5 or relevant certificate (TOEIC Speaking 190 or above 900)
· BA degree in English/ English teaching or related areas;
· Well organized, resourceful and ability to handle multi- tasks;
· MS Office efficiency.
· Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), CELTA, TESOL, English as a Second Language (ESL), or equivalent is a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English & Vietnamese;
· At least 3 years of adult training/coaching experience
