JOB DESCRIPTION

Keep Sales informed of rooms available for sale and development
Reconcilation of the OTA commission
Review and recheck all reservations taken daily.
Assures that all reservations taken are properly input into the system.
Reply, confirm and process all requests for reservations via email or telephone.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to join a full- time internship program for at least 03 months.
Ability to work independently or work in a team.
Third- year/last- year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields of accredited universities, with Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant fields.
Fluent in spoken, listening and writing English.
Having good knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point programs is a plus.
Confident, Proactive, and good communication skills.
