JOB DESCRIPTION
Refer complex issues to senior IT members or regional teams when necessary;
Provide first- level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth day- to- day operations of laptops, desktops, and IT equipment;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software (Windows, Microsoft Office), and network connectivity (Wi- Fi, VPN, LAN);
Assist in routine IT operations such as system maintenance, backup activities, and reporting;
Document technical issues, solutions, and user guidelines for internal reference;
Support user account management, including password reset, access rights, and email setup;
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining end- user devices and business applications;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Support basic system monitoring, antivirus updates, and IT security practices;
Log, track, and update support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and proper follow- up;
Assist in IT asset management, including maintaining inventory records and coordinating with vendors;
REQUIREMENTS
Responsible, detail- oriented, and proactive in handling tasks;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT tools;
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude when supporting users.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows);
Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi- Fi, VPN);
Good communication skills and a service- oriented mindset;
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills;
Early- career professionals with 1- 2 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
Good command of English, both written and spoken;
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast- paced environment;
