AIR- FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure service quality, timely problem resolution, and smooth team coordination.
Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Manage and guide the Airfreight CS team to respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
Monitor and resolve operational issues or escalate them to management when necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and customers (internal & external).
Negotiate and analyze space and rates with airlines and co- loaders.
Support training and skill development for team members, fostering teamwork and high performance.
Provide competitive pricing and market updates to the Sales team.
Supervise and manage day- to- day operations of the Airfreight Customer Service team.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English (all 4 skills).
Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
3–4 years of experience in a similar role within a freight forwarding company.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Implement SOP for new Clients.Human Resource Management
Ask D/N and invoice from carrier for preparing the payment’s request
Able to handle & manage all ocean export shipments from A- Z
Follow booking matrix and submit booking to Carrier; release SO to shipper.
Strictly follow job assignment
Willing to help and back up colleagues if needed
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree: College or University
Experience in handling US/EU shipments
Working for forwarder is preferred BENEFITS

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support team activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Submit reports and complete eFMS entries before the 5th of each month.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure cargo movement.
Prepare and issue shipping documents, debit notes, and pre- alerts.
Track shipments and update customers regularly (at least 4 times per day).
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, following SOPs.
REQUIREMENTS
Good command of English and/or Chinese.
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer- oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
Willing to work overtime and travel as required.
1–3 years of logistics or cross- border transportation experience.

Sea Flexport Intern
Supporting Documentation team to prepare HBL and submit SI/VGM to carrier.
Checking all required documentation timeline as per customer SOP.
Tracking shipment status daily, then updating all data into internal system.
Other tasks will be assigned by leader.
Receiving all shipment information from Booking team, then updating and recordingall data into internal operating system.
