Job Description:
Employer Branding (80%)

Collaborate with the PR & Marketing and HR teams to ensure a consistent brand message and visual identity.
Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Conduct market research and benchmark top employers to identify creative EB trends and ideas.
Create and manage content (articles, visuals, videos) that highlight company culture, people stories, and workplace values.
Support campus recruitment and career event activities, including logistics, communication materials, and post- event reports.

Talent Acquisition (20%)

Maintain candidate database, and update recruitment reports.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
Final- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good sense of creativity, storytelling, and social media trends.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
