Ensure service quality and guest experience are delivered in accordance with hotel and brand standards.
Monitor and control operating costs, inventory and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with related departments to support promotions, events and initiatives that enhance guest experience and drive business performance.
Oversee and manage the overall operations of Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars and banquet services, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain service excellence.
Lead, train and develop the F&B team, fostering a professional, motivated and service- oriented work environment.
Develop and implement operational and business plans to achieve revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, occupational safety and hotel operational standards and regulations.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including management experience in hotels or hospitality environments.
Solid understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, cost control and guest service standards.
Results- oriented, proactive and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
