• Support receiving and checking input invoices from suppliers tax filing, payments and bookkeeping.
• Support reviewing invoice requests from customers compared to revenue reports and prepare information for issuing of output VAT invoice
• Support in posting accounting entries into local accounting software
• Support in arranging and storing records, documents and accounting data
• Perform other tasks as requested by the line manager
  

• Commit working for 6 months
• Work on- site full time or at least 30 hours/week at KKday Hanoi Office
  

• Allowance: 26,000VND/hour (Gross)
• Parking fee (covered by company)
• Internship certification is provided
• Opportunity to learn and develop in the Online Travel Agent (OTA) model in Vietnam in different fields: Digital Marketing, Data Analysis,...
• Working hours can be flexible to match with school timetable
  

• You are final year students (Major in Accountancy) or fresh graduate students with a strong academic knowledge in Accounting. Finance & Banking, Audit
• You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel) & Google sheets
• You willing to learn and responsible for work
• You have good command of English
• You have good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• You have strong organisational, time management skills and effective communication skills
