JOB DESCRIPTION
Trainee Support: Oversee and support trainee groups at Melia Ba Vi, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Event Coordination: Participate in HR- related events, team- building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development: Assist in English Training and service, culture training.
Talent Acquisition: Engage in the recruitment process and learn effective sourcing and interviewing techniques.
HR Administration: Gain hands- on experience in HR documentation, record- keeping, and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
English training experience is an advantage.
Working location: Ba Vi.
Passion in Human Resources and Hospitality industry.
Able to design poster/video is a plus.
Eager to learn and open- minded with a "Can do" attitude.
Be available for a minimum 3- month full- time internship and start in April 2025.
