JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Experience Store Operations:
Start your journey at the TCL Experience Store, where you’ll:
Understand store operations from the ground up
Be involved in selling products as a Product Consultant (PC) and assist customers directly
Manage display setups, in- store merchandising, and POSM
Learn the fundamentals of retail sales
2. Become a Retail Supervisor:
Once you master the store, you’ll move on to supervise multiple stores:
Drive sell- out performance
Lead and train frontline staff
Monitor trade programs and in- store execution
3. Explore Other Departments (Based on performance & potential):
Logistics: Oversee supply chain, inventory, and distribution efficiency
E- commerce/Product: Join departments shaping the digital and product strategy
Marketing: Drive campaigns, branding, and customer engagement
Sales: Manage key retail partners or regional sales activities
After- sales Service: Ensure customer satisfaction and after- sales support
Human Resources (HR): Talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement
Finance: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis
REQUIREMENTS
Who are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major (preferred: Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields)
Sales Passion: Genuinely interested in sales and willing to embrace challenges
Team Spirit: Proactive, collaborative, and always ready to support the team
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers, team members, and store personnel
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome (under 25 years old).
Goal- Driven Mindset: Focused on long- term success and personal growth
Stress & Time Management: Capable of handling high- pressure situations and frequent business travel
Execution Ability: Highly results- oriented with strong sense of responsibility
Learning Ability: Quick learner who can adapt to the fast- paced retail industry
Language Skills: Proficient in English – fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
