JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist for translating content descriptions from English into Vietnamesse as needed
Image Scrapping & Resizing
Assist in improving Content Quality Score
Review and update product content (titles, descriptions, attributes, images) to comply with platform requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Input and response to Customer inquiry and complaint and reviews from Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok
Email to confirm return product to warehouse and store
Ensure all escalations are documented accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
Submit an appeal for penalties on Shopee
Respond to customer inquiry promptly, following SLA
BENEFITS

Basic understanding of SEO and e- commerce content optimization.
Creative, communicative, and a team player.
Active university student (minimum 5th semester) or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop platforms.
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets,Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
Detail- oriented and able to meet deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor daily sales and campaign performance in marketplaces (e.g., traffic, conversion, best- selling products, voucher usage)
Prepare weekly and monthly report.
Help monitor order status and coordinate with the internal team if there are issues (cancellation, return, shipment delay).
Assist in store decoration and merchandising (banner upload, homepage layout, campaign assets, and product tagging during campaigns)
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
Create and set up promos in the marketplace (vouchers, bundles, flash sale), ensure stock availability, and make sure products are correctly published and visible.
Support order processing and coordination with internal teams.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team while keeping the customer informed.
Activate and deactivate products in the marketplace according to request (new launch, clearance, stock- out, or price change)
Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints and reviews
Appeal Penalty in Marketplace
