VISUAL COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Visual Commercial Supervisor, you are responsible for the image and layout of your store, making sure the latest trends and best sellers are represented according to the company specifications, balancing between commerciality and image. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
Product/Commercial/Visual Management
Store Image: Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals according to these priorities. And create a unified and tailored solution for store.
Sales Management: Analyzing the sales reports to identify priorities to work during the following days (opportunities, potential and problem subfamilies).
Help train the standards and interpretation of visual execution.
Be responsible for implementing and communicating the company merchandising guidelines to the local store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Perform daily styling of mannequins, display and ensure proper merchandising of the assigned boutique.
Be responsible for creating and ensuring visually shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures..
Follow up: Gather feedback from Commercials and Store Manager on the week’s proposals and make improvements.
Shop- floor & Sales Management
Ensure standards are maintained during the day and at closings.
Managing and motivating the sales team to increase sales and ensure business efficiency.
Communicate with the management team on a daily basis with information regarding personnel and product
Be aware of the daily and monthly sales target to meet and exceed them.
Customer Service
Ensure a high level of customer service is offered in the store
Solve and manage customer issues as they arise and refer to the senior management team when necessary.
Support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of the New arrivals, Replenishment of best sellers & Offering alternatives
Monitor and support customer service action plans
Understand and reinforce the company return policy
Health & Safety
Be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an incident happens
REQUIREMENTS
Customer Service Skills: Strong focus on delivering high levels of customer service and resolving issues.
Fluently in English
Can work in shifts
Multitasking Ability: Capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Proactive and Motivated: A self- starter who is dynamic and eager to contribute.
Detail- Oriented and Creative: Ability to focus on details while being innovative in visual merchandising.
Sales Management Skills: Experience in analyzing sales reports and managing a sales team.
Visual Merchandising Experience: Familiarity with creating and implementing visual layouts according to brand guidelines
Passion for Fashion: A strong interest in fashion and the latest trends.
