JOB DESCRIPTION
- Any other duties related to customer service assigned by the Manager.
- Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure customers have the best possible experience.
- Guest reception: Greet customers upon arrival at the spa, provide information about the spa’s five- star services, answer questions, and guide guests on how to use the spa services. Coordinate appropriate services for each customer.
- Feedback collection: Collect feedback/reviews from customers regarding services and staff performance at the spa.
- Payment and transaction handling: Use the POS sales system to process payments for customers after service usage, ensuring proper procedures and accurate transaction records.
- Maintain reception and spa space: Ensure the reception area and surrounding spaces are always clean, organized, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere for customers.
- Service and promotion information: Introduce spa services, wellness and beauty care packages, and promotional offers to customers.
- Customer profile management: Update customer information, service usage history, and follow- up care to offer suitable service recommendations.
- Handling customer requests and complaints: Professionally and promptly address customer requests and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Working time: 9AM- 8:30 PM
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese or French is a plus.
- Being able to do paperwork and Microsoft software knowledge.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Having knowledge of spa, nails services and products is preferable.
- Have experience in Customer Service or relative roles.
- Good organizational skills and problem- solving mindset.
