AI Intern
Job Description

Working Location: VNG Campus, HCMC
Prepare datasets for agent behaviours: reasoning traces, tool- use data, and conversation flows.
Support internal benchmark dashboards and experiment tracking (W&B).
Participate in data preprocessing, dataset construction, and evaluation pipeline development for both embeddings and SLMs.
Stay up to date on the latest research in SLMs, embeddings, AI agents, retrieval systems, and scalable model deployment.
Support research and development of Vietnamese SLMs (1B–8B) and embedding models for AI agents, RAG, and tool- use scenarios.
Evaluate agent performance: accuracy, tool success rate, latency, and stability.

Requirement
Must- Have
● Comfortable reading and implementing ideas from research papers.
● Understanding of basic NLP concepts: tokenisation, embeddings,and language modelling. Hands- on experience with embeddingmodels (BERT/RoBERTa/DeBERTa/etc).
● Currently a 3rd– or 4th- year student, or soon- to- graduate, studyingComputer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
● Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and HF Datasets.
● Knowledge of small LLM architectures (Qwen, Gemma, Mistral,LLaMA).
● Minimum 3 working days/week
● Strong problem- solving skills and eagerness to learn.
● Strong Python skills and familiarity with NumPy/PyTorch.

Nice- to- Have
● Understanding of LoRA, DPO, distillation, or LLM alignmenttechniques.

Network Intern

Job Description
● Learn about the Data Centre network system:
● Learn about network protocols used in Data Centre environments.
● Understand the components and network architecture of a Data Centre.
● Get familiar with infrastructure and different types of server andnetwork equipment.
● Participate in Data Centre operations:
