JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Head of Sales& Application, Refractive, this Sales Intern position will be responsiblefor supporting Sales team, including but not limited to:
Sales support document andactivities
Corporatewith Sales & Application teams to complete task as per deadline
SupportSales to prepare documents
Supportsale- related activities (printing, collecting customer information and marketdata, consolidate questions/ needs for sales team to take necessary actions)
Customerrelationships
Preparedocuments to send to customers under sales’ guidance
Supportcustomers when needed
Any other duties &responsibilities as assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements:
Biomedical/ Optometry major is a plus
Final year student in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing or any related fields
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest and hardworking
Strong customer focus, sense of accountability and strong work ethic
Good team player
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
