JOB DESCRIPTION
Trained to perform the following tasks:
Search for and develop new customers and new markets:
Convince customers to use products/services, build customer trust with the business
Proactively approach and build relationships with customers to advise and introduce the company and products/services to customers.
Take care of and develop relationships with old customers:
Support the recruitment department to monitor the candidate interview process and update information to customers.
Continuously interact with customers to learn about their needs and receive new requests.
Build trust, close relationships and be a bridge between customers and the Company.
Participate in proposing improvements to sales processes, customer care and ensure compliance with established processes:
Propose process improvements to optimize service delivery time for customers.
Participate in the process of building and operating sales processes, payment processes, customer care processes, etc.
Participate in brainstorming and developing marketing communication campaigns for brands and products.
Participate in brainstorming and organizing programs and events to introduce and promote services.
Propose process improvements to optimize service delivery time for customers.
Perform reporting activities and other activities as required by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
Have good communication, negotiation, persuasion, work management, analysis and evaluation skills
Have good skills in organizing work, time management
Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
Proficient in MS Office tools
Final year students, University students in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields

Working hours: Monday- Friday; Flexible timekeeping (Check- in 8am- 9am, checkout 5:15pm- 6:15pm- > Full 8 hours/day)
